Stephanie Hosea is an experienced employment law attorney who represents federal employees nationwide before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She has dedicated her career to advocating for employees and protecting their workplace rights.
After graduating from UCLA School of Law, Ms. Hosea provided pro bono representation to low-income workers through legal aid organizations, handling a wide range of employment matters. She relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2010 and represented federal employees at two employment law firms before founding Hosea Legal in 2012.
From 2022 to 2025, Ms. Hosea served as an Attorney-Advisor with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she focused exclusively on federal employment law.
